Mims Financial
Disciplined asset management and financial leadership for multifamily real estate.
Jessica Mims is a real estate investment and operations executive with more than two decades of experience in financial management, portfolio strategy, and multifamily asset management. She founded Mims Financial in 2020 as a Dallas-based firm providing comprehensive investment and asset management services.
Across her career she has overseen more than $265 million in combined real estate transactions, structuring, negotiating, and managing deals across a range of asset classes, markets, and loan structures. Today she oversees a multifamily portfolio, directing property operations, asset rehabilitation, construction oversight, and lender relations.
Earlier in her career she served as Director of Finance at a Dallas-based private real estate investment firm, where she restructured the company's financial framework and built a full organization from the ground up, managing operations across 50 properties and roughly 2,100 units in markets including Dallas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Chicago.
Her approach is disciplined and data-driven: rigorous analysis of submarket trends and macroeconomic factors, paired with continuous monitoring of occupancy, expenses, and income across the portfolio.
